From 18:00 on November 9 to 18:00 on November 10, Chengdu reported one new confirmed case and a total of 24 confirmed cases during the COVID-19 flare-up. All cases are quarantined and treated at the Public Health Clinical Center of Chengdu, all in stable condition. There are one high risk area and 12 middle risk areas in Chengdu.

11月9日18时—11月10日18时，全市新增本土确诊病例1例，本次疫情累计报告确诊病例24例。目前所有病例均在市公共卫生临床医疗中心隔离治疗，病情平稳。全市划定高风险区1个，中风险区12个。

The new confirmed case was tested positive among people quarantined at the designated place and his test result turned positive after three nucleic acid tests. Before that, he had been quarantined subject to closed-loop management. As of now, all indigenous cases of Chengdu have clear epidemiological links and are on the same transmission chain.

新报告确诊病例为集中隔离人群中检出，经过3次核酸检测，检出阳性，此前一直隔离闭环管理中。到目前为止，我市所有本土病例流行病学关联均十分明确，处于同一传播链。

As of 18:00 on November 10, Chengdu has screened and quarantined 3,585 close contacts and 14,125 close contacts of close contacts. Except the reported cases, the rest has been tested negative in multiple rounds of nucleic acid tests. Starting from November 5, Chengdu has launched full-coverage nucleic acid tests in key areas and sampling tests among people working in key sectors. As of now, 9,062,134 tests have been done, the results are all negative.

截至10日18时，全市已排查管控密切接触者3585人，次密切接触者14125人，除已通报病例外，其余人员多轮次核酸检测结果均为阴性。同时，全市自11月5日起，启动重点区域全员核酸检测及重点行业人员抽检，现已完成检测9062134人次，已出结果均为阴性。

Case 24: Resident of Ligong Dongyuan Residential Community (West Zone), Chenghua District, neighbor of the confirmed case No.6 in the same building. On November 5, his community was put under lockdown. He received two nucleic acid tests and the results were negative. On November 9, he was tested positive during quarantine. After consultation with the clinical expert group, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case.

病例24：常住成华区的理工东苑（西区），系病例6的同楼栋邻居。11月5日其居住小区纳入封控，前两次核酸检测阴性，11月9日集中隔离期间核酸检测阳性，经临床专家组会诊，诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例。

From October 30 to November 5, Case 24 visited the following places: Jingchu Dabao (Ligong Dongyuan Division), Zhongge Tiebanshao/Teppanyaki (Minzhi Alley), Sige Lujimian/Noodle Restaurant (East 3rd Road, Erxianqiao), Xiaoji Laoma Chaoshou/Dumpling Restaurant (Minxing Road), Cishi Jimin Clinic (East 3rd Road, Erxianqiao), Tuxin Fruit Store (East 3rd Road, Erxianqiao), Lelejia Meihaoshenghuo/Good Life Supermarket (Minzhi Alley), Zuile Maocai/Mini Hot Pot (Ligong Dongyuan Division), Mianyuan Mianguan/Noodle Restaurant (Minzhi Alley), Shuiguolao/Fruity Mix Store in Chenghua District.

该病例10月30日-11月5日，主要活动轨迹涉及：成华区荆楚大包(理工东苑店)、钟哥铁板烧（民智巷）、四哥卤鸡面（二仙桥东三路）、肖记老麻抄手（民兴路）、慈世济民诊所（二仙桥东三路）、土鑫水果店（二仙桥东三路）、乐乐佳美好生活超市（民智巷）、成华区嘴乐冒菜（理工东苑店）、面缘面馆（民智巷）、水果捞店。

The number of new cases has decreased in the past two days, indicating that the pandemic prevention and control measures taken in the early stage have achieved initial success. Please be noted that you still need to stay on the alert and follow strictly the following advice: wear masks, wash hands frequently, keep the room ventilated and refrain from going to crowded places. The peak season of respiratory diseases including influenza is approaching with autumn and winter coming and temperature fluctuating. Please keep close monitoring of your health condition.
