Pay attention to Chengdu's COVID-19 news updates and ongoing epidemic prevention and control policies, and remain cooperative in showing health codes, checking temperatures, taking nucleic acid tests, and other epidemic prevention and control measures. Avoid gathering, follow strict personal protection measures, and maintain good habits such as washing your hands often, ventilating and disinfecting your rooms regularly, and wearing a mask and keeping a social distance when going out. Avoid going to key areas where cases have been reported recently or leaving Chengdu if not necessary.

请您关注疫情发展动态，理解我市当前疫情防控政策，积极配合亮码、测温、核酸检测等各项防疫措施。减少人员聚集，做好个人防护，坚持勤洗手、多通风、常消毒、出门戴口罩、保持社交距离等良好习惯。合理安排出行，非必要不前往近期出现疫情的重点地区，非必要不离蓉。

Report at once to your community, organization, and hotel if you have been in medium- or high-risk areas or areas where cases have been reported within the last 14 days, or had any overlap with the trajectory of the confirmed cases. According to your situation, your community may organize isolation and nucleic acid test if needed, please remain cooperative and follow strict personal protection measures.

若您在近十四天内有中高风险地区及疫情发生地旅居史，或有与病例轨迹有交集，请第一时间向社区、单位、酒店报备。社区将根据您的具体情况安排隔离排查和核酸检测，请您积极配合并做好个人防护。

If the status of your Tianfu Health Code turns yellow, please report to your community at once, have a nucleic acid test as required, and stay at home until you get a negative nucleic acid test result. 若您出现天府健康通黄码情况，请立即向社区报备，并按社区要求进行核酸检测，获得阴性结果前请严格居家不外出。“黄码”人员核酸检测定点医院信息表详见文末。

If you have any abnormal symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, diarrhea, as well as smell and taste disorders, please report to your community at once, and go to any medical and health institution with a fever outpatient following strict personal protection measures. Please wear a mask and avoid public transport services throughout the way and faithfully report your travel and contact history within the past 14 days to the medics.

若您有发热、乏力、咳嗽、鼻塞、流涕、腹泻、味觉嗅觉异常等异常症状，立即向社区工作人员报告，并做好个人防护前往设有发热门诊的医疗卫生机构就诊，前往途中全程佩戴口罩，尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，并向医务人员如实告知发病前14天的旅居史和接触史。
