系本轮疫情既往确诊病例密切接触者
From 18:00 on November 11 to 18:00 on November 12, Chengdu reported one new indigenous confirmed case. Chengdu has reported a total of 25 confirmed cases during the current outbreak, all on the same transmission chain. Case 25’s profile and movement history are as follows:
11月11日18时-11月12日18时，我市新增报告1例本土新冠肺炎确诊病例。本次疫情累计报告25例本土确诊病例，均在同一传播链条上。现将该病例的基本情况和活动轨迹通报如下：
Resident of Yinxingyuan Residential Community (Quarter I), Wuqing East 2nd Road, Wuhou District and colleague of Case 6. Case 25 started quarantine at the designated place on November 5 and was tested negative during the first six nucleic acid tests. Case 25 was tested positive during the 7th test. With group consultation of experts at both the provincial and municipal levels coupled with the epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, Case 25 was diagnosed as a confirmed case of COVID-19 and has been transferred to the designated hospital for quarantine and treatment.
常住武侯区武青东二路银杏苑小区一期，系病例6的同事。11月5日纳入集中隔离，前六次核酸检测阴性，11月12日第七次核酸检测阳性。经省市专家会诊，结合流行病学调查、临床表现和实验室检测结果，诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例，已转送至定点医院隔离治疗。

11月2日-4日：武侯区武青东二路银杏苑小区一期、武科西四路8号、武青南路潮音村综合市场；
November 5: (1) Yinxingyuan Residential Community (Quarter I), Wuqing East 2nd Road, Wuhou District; (2) No. 8, Wuke West 4th Road, Wuhou District.
11月5日：武侯区武青东二路银杏苑小区一期、武科西四路8号。
Please cross check your travel history against that of Case 25. If you have overlapping travel history with Case 25, please immediately report to your community, employer and hotel, wear the mask and visit the fever clinic as soon as possible for a nucleic acid test. Please avoid public transport services throughout the way, and stay at home until your test result comes out negative.
